Eckman Construction has started sitework for The Residence at Silver Square, a new 68,000-square foot, 76-unit senior living community in Dover, NH. The new facility, which was developed by LCB Senior Living of Norwood, MA, will feature a mix of 76 studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom senior apartments along with a Reflections Memory Care Alzheimer’s Unit and additional first-class amenities and services for area seniors.
“The Residence at Silver Square is our second opportunity to work with LCB Senior Living and we are excited to continue our relationship with them on this great project,” said Preston Hunter, Vice President, Eckman Construction. “We are proud of the new LCB development in Salem – which opened recently – and we look forward to building a beautiful new living community for Dover-area seniors.”
The Residence at Silver Square represents the first phase of the Silver Square Development which is located at the former McIntosh College culinary school on Silver Street in Dover. Additional developments are planned for Silver Square in future phases.
Eckman Construction and LCB Senior Living recently completed a new senior living community in Salem, NH called The Residence at Salem Woods, which is of similar size and scope to the project in Dover. The Architectural Team of Chelsea, MA is providing architectural services for the project.
