Colby-Sawyer College Ware Center

Project Description

Eckman completed an addition and improvements to the Ware Campus Center at Colby-Sawyer College. The building houses the student dining facility, mail room, offices and meeting rooms. It was the college’s goal to transform the campus center into a “true student center”.

The dining hall was open and in use throughout the project, with work proceeding in phases through each area of the building. The existing kitchen remained largely unchanged, but did get a new dishwasher area and a new servery area. The expanded dining area seats a total of 700 in a variety of spaces on two levels.
