Project Description
The Manchester Country Club chose Eckman to complete an extensive and ambitious renovation of their entire facility. The work was phased to minimize down time, with areas occupied throughout the fast-track project. The main structure now has a new high-performance building envelope and is outfitted with a new, efficient HVAC system. Fully upgraded electrical and life-safety systems were also installed.
A new, 10,000 square-foot Cart Barn/Golf Facilities Center has been constructed next to the club, and incorporates cart storage, an expanded pro shop and a new year-round training center.
The function facilities at the Country Club were expanded, and new conference rooms added. The locker rooms were renovated, and completed with attractive finishes.
The work was completed on schedule, allowing the club to hold scheduled functions.
