Construction is underway in Bedford, where Eckman is leading the design-build of a 24,800 square-foot commercial building for Silver Stream Properties, LLC.
The steel-framed structure will contain three tenant spaces and feature two second-floor mezzanines. Green features include energy-efficient garage doors/windows, an insulated metal panel exterior, and the ability to add rooftop photovoltaic panels in the future.
