The Holiday Inn on Brown Avenue (originally The Tage Inn)  features 96 guest rooms, a swimming pool, spa, continental breakfast area, health center and laundry facilities. The hotel’s features include an Exterior Insulating and Finish System (EIFS), two hydraulic elevators, asphalt shingle roof with gable, Under-slab vent system and electric through-the-wall Package Terminal Air Conditioning units to provide complete individual room comfort.

An area that was set aside during construction for a future restaurant is now the popular, retro-styled Airport Diner.
