This comprehensive project involved extensive upgrades to the existing occupied facility, including new HVAC systems, lighting, life safety measures, and an elevator. The project also encompassed a complete site overhaul with new drainage systems, sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, and a connector road to an adjacent building. The building’s exterior received a significant facelift with the addition of new canopies, glass entries, and a fresh coat of paint. Throughout the project, Eckman Construction worked closely with Berard Martel Architects to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and timely completion.
