Project Description
Eckman’s work on this project began with the relocation of the historic Kendall House to the rear of the site, where it is used by the Craft Guild. Our team constructed the new library and completed preservation of the historic portion of the existing Bedford Public Library.
Exterior features include bowed rooms with two-story columns, full height radial window patterns, a two-story porch, and a balcony roofed in copper. The interior features vaulted ceilings with indirect lighting, an elevator, a data/communication network, sound system and full AC.
