These four three-story apartment buildings contain 26 apartments per building. Bowers Landing is located next to Harris Pond on Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack.

Each wood-framed, vinyl-sided building has shutters and Fypon moldings at each entrance overhang. Each of the garden-style units contains either two bedrooms and two baths or one bedroom and one bath. All include a living room, kitchen with a breakfast counter and through-wall air conditioning in each unit.

The complex contains a clubhouse and pool. Each building contains a central heating plant with forced hot water baseboard heat. Site work included complete landscaping and utilities.
