Project Description
Eckman Construction provided construction management services for Bowman Place at Olde Bedford.
The new 94,000 square foot senior living facility houses 105-units for assisted living and memory care residents.
Amenities include common areas, game/activity rooms, a library, a salon, a fitness area, a two-story dining room, an enclosed memory garden, and walking paths around park-like grounds.
Construction was completed in the Spring of 2021.
