Eckman Construction completed a comprehensive renovation of the Davison Hall Servery at Saint Anselm College in August 2022. This marked the 17th project on the Goffstown campus, solidifying their long-standing partnership with the institution. The renovation encompassed a complete overhaul of the servery, introducing a contemporary aesthetic with high-end fixtures, a warm wood-finished floor, and innovative food concept stations. The project prioritized an open and inviting atmosphere, featuring glass dividers that offer a glimpse into the culinary artistry behind the scenes. The renovation also included the installation of state-of-the-art cooking equipment and a comprehensive upgrade of the HVAC system to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

This project was delivered under a Design-Build approach, with architectural design provided by Dennis Mires, P.A., The Architects. Eckman Construction played a crucial role in managing the entire construction process, ensuring seamless collaboration between all stakeholders and a successful project outcome. The renovated Davison Hall Servery now provides a modern and welcoming dining experience for the Saint Anselm College community, enhancing the overall campus experience for students, faculty, and staff.
