Project Description
Eckman constructed the Dr. Arthur & Martha Pappas Health Science and Athletic Training Center at Franklin Pierce University. It is a 9,200 square-foot addition to the college’s existing field house and contains two classrooms as well as a new location for athletic training and rehabilitation for the intercollegiate sports program.
This marked the ninth project for Eckman on Franklin Pierce’s Rindge campus, including student housing, the Fitzwater Mass Communications Center, and Petrocelli Hall—a classroom building completed in 2008.
“Eckman has in the past given an outstanding delivery of numerous new construction and renovation projects for the University,” said Franklin Pierce University Vice President Bruce Kirsh. The Pappas Center required coordination of construction with ongoing campus activities.
