Eckman Construction provided construction management services for  developer Crimson Properties, LLC on Jackson Square Apartments, a new affordable housing development in Nashua, NH. This project, designed by Novo Studio Architects, comprises two three-story buildings offering a total of 24 high-quality housing units. Eckman successfully navigated the challenges of this urban infill site to deliver a development that boasts desirable features such as high ceilings, granite countertops, and premium finishes.

Partially funded by an InvestNH grant, Jackson Square Apartments represents a significant contribution to the Nashua community by providing much-needed affordable housing options. This 16,200 square foot development showcases Eckman Construction’s expertise in maximizing limited space and delivering high-quality construction projects that positively impact the community.
