Eckman Construction is proud to partner with Saint Anselm College for the 20th time on the Jean School of Nursing at Grappone Hall. This 46,500 square-foot facility will be the new home for the Nursing and Health Science Departments, strategically located adjacent to the main campus entrance, the quad, the library, and a dormitory.

Before construction could commence, our team undertook significant enabling activities. This included the relocation of existing sewer and water lines that traversed the site, as well as the relocation of the data center and all associated IT services from the building slated for demolition. We worked closely with the IT department and college officials to identify and establish a new data center location. This involved the fit-up of classrooms and data centers with specialized equipment, coordination with fiber-optic vendors for new network connections, and ultimately, the successful and seamless transition of all campus network operations to the new hub.
