Project Description
Eckman completed an exterior reconstruction at this busy car dealership. Portions of the clapboard siding were replaced with architectural stone and aluminum panels, creating a rustic style and updating the look and feel of the entire facility.
The front of the building now features a vertical focal point covered with metal panels in Land Rover’s signature green, and highlighting their logo. Water infiltration problems were identified and corrected, and air infiltration around the windows was eliminated. With these problems addressed, the inside of the business has become much more comfortable, as well as easier to heat through New Hampshire winters.
All of the work was completed on a tight schedule without affecting the daily business of the dealership.
