Eckman successfully managed the renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet within an existing building at Kitty Hawk Landing in Londonderry, NH. This project transformed the space into modern and functional offices and meeting spaces for the Londonderry School District. Recognizing the critical need for a timely relocation prior to the start of the new school year, Eckman collaborated closely with the owner, Falling Water, LLC, and architect, Marinace Architects, to expedite the project’s timeline.
The completed renovation boasts new, efficient workspaces, upgraded restrooms, and a welcoming shared lobby, all designed to meet the specific needs and enhance the productivity of the School District’s personnel.
