Project Description
Eckman provided construction management services for the retail/medical office fit-up of a former Subaru dealership. The 18,115 sf New Hampshire Eye Associates facility features 33 new exam rooms, a minor procedure room, six tech stations, a laser room, 12 testing rooms, a large administration suite, an employee lounge, and retail space.
Expansion of the existing pre-engineered facility involved structural steel. The façade remained largely intact, adding new façade features to present a look and feel more in line with a medical office building. This project involved decommissioning several key dealership features, including removing oil water separators from the shop area and underground gas storage tanks/piping systems paved over in the lot.
