Project Description
The Seacoast School of Technology administration realized the importance of choosing a Construction Manager who could work safely and professionally in an occupied and fully operational school. That reason, in part, is why they chose Eckman.
Over 65,000 square feet of the existing school was renovated and updated. Multiple phases of work allowed the Eckman team to turn over each area as it was completed and then isolate the next area to be renovated.
A new 12,000 square-foot Automotive Technologies building was constructed, with a 12-bay auto repair facility, office space and two classrooms.
