Project Description
The new two-story apartment building, located at 168-194 South Main Street, is comprised of twenty one-bedroom apartments, common spaces and full laundry amenities. It is located at the site of the former OPUS store. The apartment building also offers on-site parking for residents.
Developed by the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority, South Main Street Apartments now provide a centrally-located affordable housing option on the west side of Manchester just minutes from downtown for local residents to enjoy.
