Project Description
Eckman Construction has completed work on a new signature residence hall at St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. The 47,000 square-foot facility was completed in August and on time to greet new and returning students attending the college this fall.
“We deeply value the partnership that St. Anselm’s College and Eckman Construction have shared over decades of working together,” noted John Deloia, Vice President and Project Executive, Eckman Construction. The new building reflects the history and Benedictine tradition that makes St. A’s such a special place. We are thrilled to help support the College’s efforts to constantly improve the student experience.”
The new 150-bed residence hall, located at the lower entrance to campus, fosters an innovative living-learning community that extends the college’s efforts to integrate academic and residential life. Students reside in single, double and triple-bed rooms. The new facility also features common areas and additional study space for students to develop relationships and learn together.
This signature building, which blends a classic monastic design with a modern aesthetic, marks the 14th project on the St. Anselm’s College that Eckman Construction has completed.
