Project Description
The Sullivan Ice Arena on the St. Anselm College campus features seating space for 1,200 spectators for hockey and 2,540 for non-ice events.
The arena contains insulated metal panel siding with a four foot brick veneer at grade and glass accents. The rink is 200 feet long by 85 feet wide, and the building is 280 feet long by 180 feet wide. The arena features 11 roof trusses (ten are 177 feet long and weigh 21 tons; one weighs 26 tons), and precast planks and slabs to form a second story concourse.
Site work included the use of 17,000 yards of fill. Work also included additional parking and full utilities: electric, water, sewer and drainage.
