Eckman Construction, in collaboration with Dennis Mires, P.A., successfully delivered a new 9,600 square-foot Welcome Center for Saint Anselm College. This design-build project, marking the 16th project managed by Eckman on the campus, strategically positioned the facility near historic Alumni Hall to serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students and their families, as well as housing the admissions department. Features include a spacious lobby designed to create a positive first impression, along with a dedicated function room for events and gatherings. This project exemplifies Eckman’s commitment to delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing buildings that enhance the campus experience.
The Welcome Center project further solidifies Eckman Construction’s strong relationship with Saint Anselm College. Their previous successful collaboration includes the delivery of the Roger and Francine Jean Student Center Complex in 2018. This continued partnership demonstrates the confidence Saint Anselm College places in Eckman’s expertise and ability to consistently exceed expectations in the successful completion of complex construction projects.
