Project Description
The Meadow at Northwood is a two-story housing facility with 31 units.
It is a wood frame structure with vinyl siding, slab-on-grade concrete floor and architectural shingle roofing. It has vinyl windows, acoustical ceilings, and carpeted floors. An elevator provides transportation between the first and second levels.
The project was developed by Southern New Hampshire Services and funded by the HUD-202 program and the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA). This was Eckman’s 11th project for Southern NH Services.
