Project Description
Eckman Construction provided preconstruction and construction management services for West End Yards, a landmark redevelopment of the former Frank Jones Center property in Portsmouth by Torrington Properties. Sitework began in the spring of 2020 on the 12-acre site in Portsmouth’s West End. The new three-building neighborhood offers live, work, and play amenities and includes two multifamily apartment buildings totaling 250 units, a vibrant commercial building housing restaurants, shopping, wellness, and office spaces, and community green space.
