Project Description
The Kittery location of York Hospital is a 30,000 square-foot building that includes spaces for physician offices, phlebotomy and laboratory services, and x-ray diagnostic imaging. It is located on the corner of Route 1 and Walker Street, just over the Memorial bridge from Portsmouth, NH.
This project has been described by some as defining the new gateway to downtown Kittery. The building is highly efficient, with a 12″ insulated panel roof, and high-performance windows. Its colonial style fits in well with its historic surroundings.
