NASHUA, NH – On Wednesday June 12th, representatives from Crimson Properties, LLC., the project team, and members of the greater Nashua community gathered to celebrate the completion of Jackson Square Apartments, a new affordable housing development in Nashua, NH.
The development comprises two three-story buildings, each offering 12 units of high-quality housing. Units boast desirable features such as high ceilings, granite countertops, and premium finishes.
Eckman Construction served as the general contractor for this vital project, partnering with Anne Ketterer of Novo Studio Architects. This development, partially funded by an InvestNH grant, demonstrates skillful construction on a challenging urban infill site.
This 16,200 square foot project represents a significant investment in affordable housing solutions and showcases Eckman’s commitment to maximizing limited space and providing much-needed housing options for the community.
