Eckman provided design-build services for Franklin Pierce University on the new Petrocelli Hall academic building. Strategically located at the entrance to the Rindge, NH campus, this three-story building now houses the university’s arts, humanities, and social science programs.

Designed with a striking structural steel frame and brick veneer, Petrocelli Hall boasts 23,000 square feet of space across three floors. Interior finishes thoughtfully incorporate the university’s signature colors, creating a vibrant and inspiring learning environment. The building features 14 classrooms, including a dedicated computer lab and design studios, a modern conference/seminar room, and spacious offices. Notably, third-floor offices and meeting rooms are uniquely nestled into sloping rooflines, offering breathtaking views of the picturesque campus and the adjacent lake.

Eckman’s expertise was instrumental in completing this project two months ahead of schedule, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects efficiently and effectively. This success builds upon our strong track record with Franklin Pierce University, having previously collaborated on seven successful construction projects across their campus.
